Just finished reading “AI Is Making Us Work More” by Tawanda Munongo — and it’s painfully accurate.
Based on my experience, most AI chatbots run on an engagement model, not a productivity model. They’ll keep suggesting more prompts, more ideas, more “you could also try…” — basically, anything to keep you typing!
It’s as if your AI assistant doesn’t want you to rest because that would hurt its engagement stats. 💬
So while the machine never sleeps, maybe the truly smart act in 2025 is to say:
“Enough prompts for today.”
Being bored and inactive might just be the next frontier of innovation!
